The Challenge
The fashion brand's website was built on a dated template. Mobile conversion was 0.8%, the checkout flow had 5 steps, and the site didn't reflect the premium quality of their products. They were leaving revenue on the table every day.
Our Approach
We redesigned the entire shopping experience: simplified navigation, 2-step checkout, lifestyle-driven product pages with video, and a mobile-first approach. Built a custom Shopify theme that matched their brand guidelines down to the pixel.
The Results
Conversion rate jumped 47% in the first month. Mobile conversion tripled from 0.8% to 2.4%. Average order value increased 23% thanks to better product storytelling and cross-sell placement.
